A message dated May 13, 1995, was read stating the Senate has passed           
CSHB 288(L&C) am with the following amendment:                                 
                                                                               
Page 1, line 4, insert a new bill section to read:                             
                                                                               
"* Section 1.  AS 23.15.210(9) is amended to read:                          
	(9) "public property" means real or personal property owned                  
or leased by the state or federal government, or an agency of the              
state or federal government, except for ferry terminal facilities            
or Alaska marine highway vessels;"
